ABOUT:

My first online workshop series. Each week I presented on a specific bio-mechanical system in the body and then offered movement exercises to explore and hone participants' ability to access that area: stability, mobility, endurance, strength, agility and articulation.

Most importantly, we discussed the basis for training each area in a functional way, one that supports participants' health and ability to move and age gracefully.
