Training in this way integrates the full body in accordance with its design and the needs of our species over millions of years on planet Earth.
AGILE BEAST activates an engine of internal logic for how you train, what exercises you do, and how you do them. It removes the arbitrariness of western fitness culture and resolves the divisive ideas encouraging people to identify as "strength people", "yoga people", "runners", "dancers", "couch potatoes", etc. We are all Homo Sapiens inhabiting Earth, and our bodies are much more similar than they are different.
AGILE BEAST sessions include technical information on the human body in movement. This empowers participants to develop full-body coordination while maintaining the alignment of their joints and building balanced myofascical tension. Participants activate their innate athleticism and learn to move creatively and spontaneously.
